Tristen Yates

Tristen Yates currently serves as the Department Director of Five9 Administration at Nyman Turkish PC, where responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of inbound, outbound, blended, and multichannel operations, along with call center analytics and integration of automation and artificial intelligence. Previously, Tristen worked at Vivint as a Five9 Administrator, achieving significant improvements in customer retention and inbound connections while managing analytics and user operations. Additional roles included Sales Professional, where engagement in solution and consultative selling led to surpassing conversion targets, and Account Manager, recognized as a top performer in cancellation and resolution. Tristen holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and International Business, as well as an Associate of Science in Accounting, all from Utah Valley University.
