Morten Stakroge

Morten Stakroge is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as General Counsel at A.P. Møller Holding since August 2017. Prior to this role, Morten held the position of Senior Group Legal Counsel at GN Store Nord, focusing on M&A transactions and strategic alliances. Morten's extensive experience includes working as an Attorney at Bruun & Hjejle, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and corporate transactions. Morten also served as an International Visiting Attorney at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP on secondment, and held teaching positions as an External Lecturer at the University of Copenhagen and Aspiri A/S. Morten obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Harvard Law School and holds multiple degrees in law from Aarhus University, supported by an exchange experience at South Texas College of Law Houston.
