Douglas Lethbridge

Initially he gained a degree in Business Organisation and became a qualified accounting technician. In 2008, he made a gradual transition into the security industry, starting as a part-time event security, before going full-time in 2011 and working his way up to senior management level. During his years in security, he has gained experience in a variety of different areas, including corporate manned guarding, large events, and venue security. Just as happy working in small intimate venues as he is at large festivals or stadia, most times you’ll find him working backstage, VIP, or control room liaison. As a member of the Security Institute, he am a firm believer in continuous professional development, so he has further enhanced my skillset by achieving a Level 4 Certificate & Level 5 Award in Crowd Safety Management and a Level 6 Diploma in Security Management. As a qualified close protection operative, he was also a qualified First Responder.
