Aj Neal

AJ Neal, PMP, currently serves as the APT Aerospace Division Manager and SMASS IV Program Manager at APT Research, Inc., since November 2023. Previously, AJ held various leadership roles at ManTech from December 2009 to November 2023, including Technical Lead for the 5 Space Launch Squadron Special Projects and Program Manager for the Integrated Air Force Network Operations Support (IAFNOS). Responsibilities encompassed system safety, environmental engineering, and launch site certification, particularly for commercial launch activities. AJ also worked at United Space Alliance from 2001 to 2009 as a Software Quality/Integration Lead, focusing on software quality assurance at the system integration level. AJ holds a Master of Science in Environmental Management from Webster University and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from the University of Central Florida.
