Kumar Shorav

Kumar Shorav currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Offshore Operations at A Parent Media Co. Inc. since January 2024, leading the offshore operations team and aligning goals with the company's strategic objectives. Simultaneously, Kumar is the Head of Customer Experience and Co-Founder at Laminar Global, directing the development of customer experience strategy, and also serves as Head of Product and Technology at the same organization, overseeing the entire product lifecycle. Previous roles include Vice President of Global PMO at Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited, where project management methodologies were implemented to enhance organizational efficiency, and various technology and digital media positions at companies such as Simpli5d Technologies, News World India, Indian Express, and ABP News Network, developing innovative digital platforms and products. Kumar holds an Executive Management degree focused on Digital Marketing, Strategic Innovation, and Business Analytics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and a B.Tech in Electronics & Communication from Vellore Institute of Technology.
