Meghan Garfield

Meghan Garfield has held a variety of roles in the education sector since 2012. From 2012 to 2016, they served as the ELA Department Head and New-hire Mentor, as well as an English Language Arts Teacher at Sarasota School of Arts & Sciences. In 2016, they began working as an Independent eLearning Contractor for Garfield Communications Consultants, LLC. Since 2017, Meghan has been working at A Pass Educational Group, LLC, where they hold the roles of Director of Strategic Accounts, Higher Education, Director of Production and Career & Technical Education Development, and Associate Director of Career and Technical Education Development.

Meghan Garfield has a Masters in Instructional Design and Technology from the University of Tampa, obtained between 2015 and 2017. Meghan also holds a Professional Teaching Certification in EPI - English 6-12 from the State College of Florida-Manatee-Sarasota, a Bachelor's in English - Professional and Technical Writing from the University of South Florida Sarasota-Manatee, and has attended Virginia Commonwealth University for English. Additionally, they have obtained an ASU+GSV Summit 2022 Attendee certification from the ASU+GSV Summit in April 2022, a GSV Virtual Summit Series certification from the ASU GSV Summit in April 2020, an English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) Endorsement from the Florida Department of Education, and a Professional Teaching Certification English 6-12 from the Florida Department of Education.
