David Kampfe

David Kampfe is Chief Sales Officer of A Place for Mom, Inc. In this role he is responsible for the driving the strategy, results, and management for the sales organization while ensuring an excellent experience for the seniors and their families that we serve.

David served as VP of Sales and Operations of Pared, where drove growth from 2018 through 2020, increasing revenue 10x in his tenure while scaling both the sales and sales operations functions. Prior to that, he was at the consulting firm Booz & Co, which is now Strategy&, where he helped leading companies develop and deliver their strategies for Go-To-Market with an emphasis on sales organizations across the US and Europe.
