Michelle McGovern currently serves as General Counsel at A Place for Mom, following a tenure as General Counsel at Verana Health where responsibilities included overseeing legal functions in the digital health sector. Prior to these roles, Michelle McGovern held positions at Redesign Health as Deputy General Counsel and at Pfizer in various capacities, including North America Legal Lead for the Upjohn business and Senior Corporate Counsel for Pfizer Essential Health. With a solid foundation in healthcare regulations and compliance, Michelle McGovern has represented numerous healthcare stakeholders and contributed to significant legal initiatives throughout a distinguished career. Michelle McGovern holds a JD and a Master of Science in Journalism, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Journalism, all from Northwestern University.
