Sierra Esparza

Sierra Esparza serves as a Program Coordinator at A Precious Child since September 2021, following a diverse background in customer service and event management. Prior experience includes working as a Sales Floor Associate at Target from May 2017 to December 2021, where responsibilities included maintaining and restocking aisles, delivering exceptional customer service, and training new employees. Additionally, Sierra held the position of Attractions Manager for Major League Baseball during the MLB All-Star Week in July 2021, overseeing volunteers and guest interactions. Sierra holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a minor in Sports Media from the University of Colorado Boulder, graduating in May 2022.
