Kato De Smet is an experienced marketing and online category professional currently serving as the Online Category Coordinator at A.S.Adventure since June 2023. Previous roles include Marketing Consultant for B&R bouwgroep and BYD Inchcape BeLux, where responsibilities involved coordinating the Brussels Motor Show for a new electric vehicle brand. Kato has also contributed as a marketing intern at Koffie/Cafés Rombouts and as a webshop coordinator intern at FNG Group, focusing on e-commerce activities and email marketing. A foundational experience in market research was gained at Telenet, developing metrics for online user experience. Kato holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from KU Leuven and a Professional Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Karel de Grote-Hogeschool.
