Silvia Lenaerts

Silvia Lenaerts is an experienced retail professional currently serving as a Store Manager at A.S.Adventure since January 2019. Additionally, Silvia has been the Zaakvoerder at ASR Window Cleaning since April 2015. Prior experience includes a role as a Mobile Trainer Benelux at Pimkie from November 2016 to October 2018, focusing on training and coaching shop managers in management, organization, communication, and KPIs. Silvia also worked at Pimkie (Belsay) from November 2001 to November 2016 as a Shop Manager, where responsibilities included administrative training and foundational courses for shop managers and assistants. Silvia holds a Level 2 Prevention Advisor certification obtained between 2009 and 2010, as well as education in TSO Handel.
