Evan Lee has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Evan began their career in 2007 as a Merchandiser at Coca Cola Enterprises, where they provided customer service and trained new employees. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a Salesman and Service Technician at Authorized Grain Service, responsible for sales, installation, and service of grain sampling equipment and dust systems.

In 2012, Evan joined Oesterlen-Services For Youth, where they held various roles such as Youth Leader, Residential Supervisor, and Quality Assurance Manager. During this time, they supervised and mentored behaviorally challenged and learning disabled youth, created therapeutic programs, and was responsible for quality assurance and compliance.

Evan later became the Director of Business Development, leading a team of account executives, account managers, and client service representatives. Evan launched a new operation in the DC market and designed strategic processes for client and market analysis, pipeline management, and training and development.
