Sophia Peters

Sophia Peters is currently a Therapy Extern at A Safe Haven Foundation and a Volunteer Crisis Counselor at Crisis Text Line, where skills in mental health support and crisis management are being developed. Previous experience includes roles as a Sales Associate at Alo Yoga and a Graduate Assistant at Roosevelt University, where responsibilities included assisting with psychology courses and guiding undergraduate students on graduate school applications. At Roosevelt University's Dean's Office, Sophia created social media projects and managed faculty communication, while also serving as a Criminal Justice Research Assistant. Additional volunteer work includes engaging with children at DuPage Children's Museum and facilitating sexual assault prevention education at YWCA Metropolitan Chicago. Sophia Peters holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and is pursuing a Doctor of Psychology in Clinical Psychology at Roosevelt University.
