Deborah Williams

Deborah Williams currently serves as the Senior Director of Family Service Transportation. She has 30 years of experience working in the child welfare arena, having held the position of Family Preservation Caseworker at Right Start before starting her journey with ASCI over 25 years ago by conducting certification trainings. Deborah became manager of the training department and was instrumental in developing re-certification training. She has held several other positions, including FACT Program Supervisor, where she enjoyed working with birth parents to assist them on their journey to achieve reunification. She also held the positions of Case Aide Manager and Quality Assurance Manager.

Deborah attended Point Park University, where she received her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, and continued her education at Point Park for her master’s degree in business administration.

Deborah believes that kinship care provides children and youth in care the finest opportunity to grow, thrive and become productive adults.
