Rachel Delaney

Rachel Delaney has had a varied work experience since 2015. Rachel began as a Sales Assistant at Mothercare Ireland in 2015, then worked as a Technical Training Intern at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in 2019. In 2020, they became a Training Specialist at Intel Corporation, where they were responsible for the day-to-day operation of the learning management system, tracking and monitoring training compliance, reporting training metrics to senior management, and creating courses/classes within the LMS. In 2022, Rachel Delaney began working at Hootsuite as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, and also at A Thinking Ape as a People and Culture Coordinator. In this role, they were responsible for HR support, communicating with candidates and employees, drafting employee documents, managing insurance coverage, and assisting in onboarding new employees. Rachel also coordinated and facilitated internal and external events and ordered custom swag.

Rachel Delaney has a comprehensive education history. Rachel completed a Bachelor of Business with French degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Limerick between 2016 and 2020. In 2018, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Grenoble Ecole de Management. In 2021, they obtained a QQI Level 6 in Training Delivery and Evaluation from DCM Learning.
