Rachel Delaney has had a varied work experience since 2015. Rachel began as a Sales Assistant at Mothercare Ireland in 2015, then worked as a Technical Training Intern at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in 2019. In 2020, they became a Training Specialist at Intel Corporation, where they were responsible for the day-to-day operation of the learning management system, tracking and monitoring training compliance, reporting training metrics to senior management, and creating courses/classes within the LMS.
