Lara Moura

Lara Moura serves as the Project Manager Team Lead at A-to-Be since July 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing project managers within software development. Lara also holds the title of Research and Innovation Director, driving the organization's research activities to foster growth and competitiveness, alongside managing strategy, resources, and partnerships. Previously, Lara was the Managing Director and Co-founder at Occam from May 2007 to June 2016, and has been an EU Expert for the European Commission since May 2014, evaluating applications for various Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe programs. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Transport, Modelation, and Policies from Instituto Superior Técnico, along with various executive education programs focused on performance and development.
