Kenny is responsible for the successful implementation of AWE’s corporate WHS management systems and is responsible for the development of a risk-based, values-driven approach to WHS management, leading and establishing the necessary conditions to drive safe and sustainable practices, culture and mindset.
His role also includes leading and supporting the company’s enterprise bargaining and organisational consultation processes for Workplace Relations.
Kenny has been a member of the Australian Institute of Health & Safety for over 10 years, and has been certified as a Generalist OHS Practitioner.
