Thomas Puschacher

Thomas Puschacher is an experienced professional in customer operations and service management, currently serving as Director of Customer Operations at A1 Digital since October 2017. Puschacher has held various leadership roles, including Head of Customer Operations and Senior Service Operations Manager, at A1 Digital. Prior to this, Puschacher gained valuable experience at Amaris from January 2012 to September 2017, serving as Head of Operations and Operations Manager, as well as a Network Engineer. Earlier career experience includes a position as Customer Service Engineer at Thales IS and as an Engineer at Mayerhofer Ges.m.b.H. Puschacher holds a Matura degree in Information Technology from Höhere technische Bundeslehranstalt St.Pölten, which was completed between 2002 and 2007.
