Fiona Trewhitt

Fiona Trewhitt has worked as a Senior Estimator for two different construction companies, ADCO Constructions and Behmer & Wright Pty Ltd. Fiona is currently the General Manager - Operations at A1 Estimates.

Fiona has experience working on hard dollar tenders and design & construct contracts. Fiona is responsible for managing estimates from preliminary schematics to final construction drawings, measuring and preparing Bill of Quantities, selecting and vetting suitable subcontractor quotations, undertaking and devising builder’s preliminary costs, completing tender forms, trade breakdowns, site management plans, work methodology statements, etc.

Fiona has also been responsible for preparing company ‘Expressions of Interests’ and obtaining future construction work, performing cost analysis on revised designs and projects over budget, and assisting in project cost variations for the Contract Administration team. Throughout their career, Fiona has maintained precise documentation of all the involved processes.

In their current role as General Manager - Operations at A1 Estimates, Fiona is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company. Fiona oversees a team of estimators and ensures that they are completing their tasks accurately and efficiently. Fiona is also responsible for training new employees and keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends.

Fiona Trewhitt has a Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Building) from the Master Builders Association of Victoria, a Certificate III in Business from Link Employment, and is currently studying for a Bachelor of Construction Management (Deferred) at Deakin University. Fiona has also completed their VCE at Parade College.

Wade Leighton - Project Manager/Estimator, Eliza Jordan (Future) - HR/Operations Manager report to Fiona Trewhitt. They work with and Amy Visser - Executive Assistant. Fiona Trewhitt reports to Tom Jordan, Director.
