Murat Aksakalli

Murat Aksakalli is an experienced cybersecurity professional currently serving as a Vulnerability Manager at A1 Telekom Austria Group since May 2025, leading a Group-wide program across Central and Eastern Europe with a focus on governance frameworks and risk reporting. Prior to this, Murat held the same title at A1 Telekom Austria AG, where responsibilities included managing the national Vulnerability Management program and automating detection and reporting processes. Experience includes a role as Senior Cyber Security Consultant at Deloitte, advising clients on compliance and security posture, and as an Information Security Officer at NÖ Kulturwirtschaft, where Murat contributed to the implementation of an ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Management System. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Information Security and a Bachelor's degree in IT-Security from FH St. Pölten – University of Applied Sciences.
