Leah Karanastasis has a diverse work experience in the field of marketing. Starting in 2008, they worked as a Marketing Associate at MAQUET Cardiovascular, focusing on product marketing. In 2010, they joined NetApp as a Content Manager, responsible for managing content for worldwide channel marketing. From 2012 to 2017, Leah worked at Adobe in various contract roles, including Marketing for Global Retail Channel and Campaign for Consumer Products, and Campaign Marketing Program Manager. In 2018, they moved to Channel Impact as a Channel Marketing Programs Manager, working on-site at Gigamon. In 2020, Leah joined Connext, where they worked on North American Field and Channel Marketing projects, specifically at A10 Networks. Later in 2020, they transitioned to their current role as a Channel and Field Marketing Manager at A10 Networks. Throughout their career, Leah has demonstrated their ability to develop and execute innovative marketing initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive awareness, engagement, lead generation, and customer retention.

Leah Karanastasis has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in Philosophy from California State University, Fullerton. Leah also attended Milpitas High School. In addition to their formal education, Leah has obtained certifications including the CRM Basics Badge from Salesforce Trailhead in June 2016 and the Udemy Inbound Marketing Certification from Udemy in March 2016.
