Mahdi Al Olabi holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto at Mississauga - Erindale College in Political Science and Economics (1994-1998). Mahdi was elected member of the University of Toronto Administrative Council (SAC) and president of the Arab Students Organization during their time there. Mahdi also played on the UTM soccer team. Mahdi went on to earn a Masters in Applied Information Technology from the Information Technology Institute in Project Management (2000-2001). Mahdi attended Manor House for their education from 1980-1990.
