Natalie Sulpizio

Natalie Sulpizio serves as the Principal Designer and Design Manager II at A1M Solutions, leading human-centered design efforts for the Medicaid and CHIP Program (MACPRO) since November 2021. Prior to this role, Natalie was the Design Director at NextStep, where the focus was on addressing caregiver shortages through innovative training and placement platforms. Earlier experiences include roles as Senior User Experience Designer at MultiScale, User Experience Designer at Providence Digital & Innovation, and Product Designer at MedBridge, among others, showcasing a strong background in UX design and product development across various health tech organizations. Natalie's professional journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Design from the University of Cincinnati, with additional early career experiences across several design-related internships.
