Iryna “Ira” Krylova

Iryna “Ira” Krylova has worked in various roles since 2013. Iryna “Ira” began as a Content Manager at Brightmedia in 2013. In 2014, they moved to Webinse as a Project and Sales Manager. In 2016, they started their role as a Technical Support Agent at Ecommerce, LLC. In 2018, they began working at both Nextiva as a Technical Support Specialist and A2 Hosting as an Advanced Support Specialist and Linux Support Analyst.

Iryna “Ira” Krylova obtained their Master's degree in Linguistics from Zaporizhzhya National University between 2010 and 2015. In November 2017, they obtained the SQL Primer certification from Linux Academy and in November 2018, they obtained the cPanel and WHM Administrator Certification (CWA) from cPanel.
