Priscah M. has worked in customer service for over six years. Priscah began their career in 2014 as a Customer Service Manager for SASAHOST LTD. In 2020, they moved to A2 Hosting as a Support Specialist.

Priscah M. has a diverse educational background. In 2019, they obtained a Certification from Strathmore University in Certified System Auditor (CISA). From 2015 to 2018, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and Information Systems from Egerton University. In 2020, they obtained a Certification from KENYA INSTITUTE OF MAMAGEMENT (KIM) in Certified Human Resource Practitioner (CHRP). Priscah is currently pursuing a CHRP from HRMPEB, which they are expected to complete in 2021.
