Andrea Sala

Andrea Sala is a seasoned professional in project evaluation and development within the environmental sector, currently serving as the Project Evaluation and Development Manager at a2a since October 2020. In this role, Andrea leads large capital projects exceeding €100 million, focusing on areas such as waste recovery, renewable energy, and soil remediation. Andrea also manages the Corporate EHS team, overseeing environmental health and safety audits and due diligence for various energy and waste treatment facilities. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Environmental Consultant and Project Manager at Ramboll, where technical and strategic consulting projects were developed for multinational clients. Andrea holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, along with ongoing education at ISPI School.
