Jonathan Walters

Jonathan Walters has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Jonathan is currently the Chief Operating Officer at a2b Fulfillment, Inc., where they oversee a multi-facility fulfillment network operation. Prior to this, they held the role of Vice President of Professional Services at Intershop Communications AG and served as an Executive Consultant at Radial Inc., where they were responsible for implementing various projects and driving value for clients. Jonathan also served as the General Manager & SVP of eCommerce Operations and Service Delivery at LiveArea, a Merkle Company, where they led a global ecommerce practice. Before that, Jonathan held various leadership positions at PFSweb, including Vice President of Client Implementations and PMO, Vice President of Global Operations, and Director of Client Services. Jonathan has also worked at PageNet, Roadway Logistics Systems, Baxter Convertors, and Texas Instruments in roles related to IT, logistics, and supply chain. Jonathan Walters has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from New Mexico State University, which they obtained from 1987 to 1991. During the same time period, they also obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management Information Systems from the same university. In 2015, Jonathan received a certificate in Net Promoter Score as a Net Promoter® Certified Associate. In 2016, they obtained a certificate in Continuous Improvement Using Lean Six Sigma as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
