Susanna Cogswell

Susanna Cogswell has extensive work experience in supply chain operations. Susanna is currently the Senior Director and Head of Supply Chain Operations at A2 Biotherapeutics, Inc. Susanna previously worked as a Program Director at Dahlia Consulting and held the role of Director of Integrated Business Planning and Supply Chain Strategy at the Center for Breakthrough Medicines. Prior to that, they were the Director of CPG Operations at Momofuku and the Director of Global Supply Chain and Head of the Program Management Office at L-Nutra, Inc. Susanna also worked at Treasury Wine Estates as a Senior Manager in Sales & Supply Chain Operations and as a Business Analyst in Supply Chain Operations and FP&A. Their early career includes roles at Jamba as a Supply Chain Lead and Category Manager in the CPG Division.

Susanna Cogswell has a Certificate Program in Accounting and Business Analysis from the University of California Berkeley Extension, with a focus on Finance, Accounting, and Business Valuation. Susanna also holds a Master's Degree in Operations Management from the Moscow School of Government & Political Studies. In addition, they have a Bachelor's degree in Corporate Finance and Business Valuation from the University of National Economics in Yerevan, Armenia.

Susanna has also obtained additional certifications, including the Ambassador Course from Penfolds in September 2015 and the Negotiation Strategies course from Karass in January 2014.
