Susan Slade MIRPM has extensive experience in housing management and project implementation, currently serving as the Head of FFP Business Partnering (Project Services) at A2Dominion Group since December 2017. In this role, Susan delivers targeted activities to enhance stakeholder engagement and supports the successful integration of changes across people, processes, and technology. Previously, as the Head of Service Charge & Project Implementation, Susan effectively managed the Rent & Service Charge review project, overseeing multi-disciplinary teams to implement technology solutions. Susan's career at A2Dominion Group began in 2000, where roles included Regional Housing Manager, Leasehold Services Manager, and Area Manager for Temporary Accommodation. Prior to A2Dominion, Susan worked at the London Borough of Harrow in various housing roles from 1992 to 2000, focusing on temporary and emergency accommodation services.
