Aud Alvestad

Aud Alvestad is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in health and career counseling. Currently serving as a Jobbveileder at A2G Gruppen AS since November 2020, Aud focuses on connecting with employers to support individuals re-entering the workforce. As a Livsstyrketrener since May 2015, Aud specializes in wellbeing training that combines mindful presence with effective communication and exercises, recognizing the interconnected nature of physical and mental health issues.
