Yogita Sharma

Yogita Sharma has extensive experience in human resources, holding various leadership positions in both consulting and corporate settings. Currently, they are the Chief Human Resources Officer at A2Global Consulting Private Limited, where they are responsible for establishing the entire HR system for a growing company. Yogita develops and implements people strategies and programs to support rapid growth and manages a high-performing HR team. Prior to this, Yogita was the Founder and Principal Consultant at peoplegains, offering comprehensive HR solutions to support organizations at every stage. Yogita has also served as the Head of HR at Netsmartz, overseeing a global workforce, and as the Director of People at Elevate Services. Before transitioning into consulting, Yogita held HR roles at The Sumati Group, Sumati Legal Services Private Limited, IDS Infotech Ltd., Steel Strips Wheels Limited, and Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd.

Yogita Sharma obtained an MBA-HR degree from IMS Shimla between 2003 and 2005. In 2021 to 2022, they pursued an Executive Development Program in Human Resources Management and Services at XLRI Jamshedpur. Additionally, they completed an EDP in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur, and a Great Places to Work Summit from the Great Place to Work® Institute (India). Yogita Sharma also holds certifications in Organizational Development from Pacific wales, Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) from BSI, and Workforce Analytics from AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR.
