Ambedkar University in Agra, he is a fellow member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Mr. Agarwal possesses more than 16 years of experience in handling Legal issues, Corporate Secretarial functions, IPO, Governance matters, Legal and Regulatory Compliance, Liaison, Issuance of Securities, Mergers, Acquisitions and amalgamation.
