Brian Lightle is the Director of Operations at A3 Smart Home. Brian has over six years of experience in the security industry, including four years as a General Manager with Allied Universal. In this role, they were responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the company's Baltimore branch, overseeing a team of 80 employees and a budget of $80 million.

In addition to their work with Allied Universal, Lightle also served as the Director of Value Management for AlliedBarton. In this role, they were responsible for assisting the Managing Partner with overseeing and directing all operational, financial, administrative, and compliance functions for the Client Value Management program in assigned region(s) or geographic areas. Brian was also responsible for recruiting, hiring, coaching, and supporting the activities of the assigned Client Value Management team to achieve operational and project objectives.
