Ana Flávia Rodrigues

Ana Flávia Rodrigues is the CEO and Founder of A4 Solutions, established in May 2019, which specializes in providing innovative industrial automation solutions using IoT and AI to enhance workplace safety, productivity, and operational efficiency. Prior to this, Ana held the position of Vice President at Alert System since August 2002, where leadership involved expanding the portfolio with IT solutions and monitoring processes across various sectors. Ana's earlier roles include Commercial Director at Alert System, where responsibilities included leading the sales team and promoting technological innovations, and Account Manager at Siemens, focusing on developing new business opportunities. Ana's career began as a Commercial Consultant at Graber Sistemas de Segurança Ltda. Ana holds an MBA from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, an XBA from StartSe University, and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Universidade Ibirapuera.
