Florian Garcia has a diverse work experience in the gaming industry. Florian started their career at Silicone Ice Development / Frozen Sand LLC, where they worked on modeling, texturing, animation, and level design. After that, they worked at Ubisoft as a designer on various projects including Rayman Raving Rabbids and Beowulf, where they also served as a lead real-time cinematic designer and a technical supervisor. Following their time at Ubisoft, Florian worked at Red Rocket Games as a senior/lead game designer, contributing to games like Mevo and the Grooveriders. Florian then joined Ant Hive Games as a creative director and partner, before moving on to roles at 2K Games China and Virtuos, both as a creative director. During their time at Virtuos, Florian led the design team that worked on challenge tombs for Shadow of the Tomb Raider. Most recently, Florian has been working as a self-employed freelance creative director, providing consulting services for games, movies, and ads. Their clients include Mobile Now, Ogilvy, and R/GA. Florian's expertise spans areas such as creative direction, UI/UX design, project management, VR interactive experiences, gamification, and video/photo shoots.

Florian Garcia pursued their education at Bellecour School from 1998 to 2000, where they obtained a Master's degree in traditional arts and computer graphics. In addition to their academic endeavors, Florian also expanded their knowledge and skills by obtaining certifications from the Scrum Alliance. In March 2021, they achieved the Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) certification, and in May 2021, they obtained the Certified Agile Leadership Essentials (CAL-E) certification.
