Deb France, AIA, has extensive work experience in the architecture industry. Deb is currently serving as the Pacific NW Regional Past President for the A4LE-Association for Learning Environments. Prior to this, Deb was a Founding Principal at Oh planning+design, where they focused on creating sustainable and environmentally-friendly designs for various projects including K-12 education, higher education, healthcare, corporate, and public buildings. Before that, they worked at SRG Partnership as the Director of the Health Care Market, where they played a key role in projects such as the Providence Child Center Addition, Schriner's Hospital Honolulu Master Plan, and University of California Riverside Engineering Building. Deb also served as the Vice President at HLM design, now CBRE, where they gained valuable experience in leadership roles.
Deb France, AIA, earned a B.S. in Architecture from Arizona State University in 1989. Deb then pursued International Design studies at Virginia Tech in 1998. Prior to that, they studied Architecture at the University of Idaho from 1983 to 1986.
