Donna Robinson, CMM, CMP has a diverse work experience in various roles. Donna started their career as a Program Manager at RSI Enterprises in 1995 and worked there until 2000. Following that, Donna joined Network Dogs, Inc., where they served as Vice President/Director of Operations from 2000 to 2014. In this role, they managed all daily operations, developed policies and procedures, and created strategic marketing and business plans. Since 2010, Donna has been associated with A4LE-Association for Learning Environments. Donna started as an Administrative Assistant, assisting in member inquiries and managing social media. Later, they took up the role of Event Producer/Director of Region & Chapter Services/Regional Director for multiple regions. Donna 'sresponsibilities involved strategic planning, budget management, site selection, contract negotiations, and post-event reporting. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Operations Officer at A4LE.

Donna Robinson, CMM, CMP has a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise & Wellness / Spa Management from Arizona State University, which they obtained from 2004 to 2007. In 2016, they also attended Mesa Community College to study Project Management. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Executive Leadership for the Business of Meetings certification from Meeting Professionals International in 2020. Donna is also a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) certified by the Events Industry Council, which they obtained in November 2016. Additionally, they hold a Spa Management Certification from Arizona State University, obtained in 2007.
