Nitesh Jain

Nitesh Jain is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in the automotive and tire industries. Currently serving as Chief Operations Officer at APP Group since February 2025, Nitesh Jain previously held several senior leadership roles at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company from June 2014 to January 2025, including Vice President of Operations for Asia Pacific, where responsibility included overseeing 11 factories and a US$ 2.6 billion operation. Nitesh Jain's experience also encompasses positions such as Business Unit Head for Consumer OE Equipment in Asia Pacific, Director of Quality and Manufacturing Services, and Operations Manager for North America Consumer Manufacturing. Earlier in the career, Nitesh Jain served as a Senior Engineer at Tata Motors. Nitesh Jain holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering & Applied Mechanics from the University of Rhode Island and completed the Senior Leadership Development Program at Harvard Business School.
