Nandita Mishra has a diverse work experience in the field of architecture and design. Nandita is currently working as the Market Sector Leader - Education at Wightman since September 2023. Prior to this, they held multiple roles at TMP Architecture, Inc. including Vice President, Educational Market Strategist, Project Leader, Senior Educational Planner, and Senior Associate. Nandita also served as an Associate at TMP Architecture, Inc from 2013 to 2016. Additionally, Nandita has experience in the education sector, working as an Adjunct Faculty in Interior Design at The Art Institutes from 2013 to 2015 and as an Adjunct Professor at the International Academy of Design and Technology from 2007 to 2008. Nandita has also been involved in various leadership roles at A4LE-Association for Learning Environments, including serving as a Commission Member, Midwest Great Lakes (MWGL) President, and Michigan Chapter Past President. Nandita's expertise in educational design and planning is evident through their participation in various committees and projects, including the planning committee for the International American School of Sao Paulo, Brazil. Nandita has also worked as a Design Manager at DPSPMT, overseeing extensive renovations and LEED projects. Earlier in their career, they served as a Project Manager and Project Designer at TMP Architecture, Inc, where they gained experience in client management and designing educational facilities. Nandita also has teaching experience as an Adjunct Professor at Eastern Michigan University.

Nandita Mishra, ALEP AIA LEED AP, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from L. S. Raheja School of Architecture, which they earned from 1983 to 1988. Nandita also obtained a Masters of Science degree in Interior Design from Virginia Tech from 1989 to 1991. Prior to their undergraduate studies, Nandita attended St. Anthony's Girls High School from 1977 to 1983, where they completed their high school education.
