Kalen Kimm

Kalen Kimm is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in solution sales, partnerships, and technology startups. Currently serving as the Director of Solution Sales at A5 IT since March 2025, Kalen oversees advanced IT infrastructure solutions. As the Founder of Rakan Systems since October 2017, Kalen advises early-stage technology startups. Previous roles include Head of Sales & Partnerships at Maestra, Sr. Director of Strategic Partnerships at Jebbit, and Director of Systems Integrators & Strategic Partners at UserTesting, which had its IPO in November 2021. Kalen also held key leadership positions at Virtana Corp., HSI, and Promise Technology, demonstrating expertise in channel sales and strategic alliances. Kalen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management from Saint Mary's College of California and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Chabot College.
