Flavio Fernandes

Flavio Fernandes has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Flavio started their career at TozziniFreire Advogados, where they worked as a Lawyer from 2001 to 2004. Flavio then joined Banco Honda S/A as a Legal Counsel from 2004 to 2005. Following this, they worked as an Independent Lawyer from 2005 to 2006. Flavio then joined A5 Solutions as the Head of Legal Department in 2006, and they have been serving in this role since then.

Flavio Fernandes obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law from Universidade Paulista in the years 1997 to 2002. Flavio then pursued a LL.M - Specialist degree in Financial and Capital Market from Ibmec from 2003 to 2005. Subsequently, they completed a University Extension program in Tax Law/Taxation at the Instituto Brasileiro de Estudos Tributários in 2012. Finally, they further specialized in Tax Law/Taxation by earning a Specialist degree from the same institute from 2013 to 2017.
