AA-IHEDN
Christophe Soulard serves as the Rédacteur en chef at Actuagri since June 2020 and holds multiple positions including Officier traitant and Chef de bataillon (ro) at GIOMI since 2009. Involved in the AA-IHEDN as part of the AACHEAr working group since 2010, Christophe also completed an internship with ORSEM OFFICIERS DE RESERVE SPECIALISTES D'ETAT MAJOR in 2021. Previous roles include Directeur de cabinet at Mairie du Raincy from 2017 to 2019, and Directeur de cabinet adjoint in Ville de Chelles for a brief period in 2017. Earlier experience includes a Directeur de cabinet position in Ville de Saint-Cyr-l'Ecole and a role as a web journalist. Educational qualifications encompass a degree from ORSEM, studies at Institut des hautes études de défense nationale (IHEDN), and Sciences Po Aix, complemented by a Licence in Administration publique from the Université de Poitiers and further education at Université Paris-Sorbonne.

AA-IHEDN
Created in August 1949 the Association of executives and auditors of the Institute of Higher National Defense Studies brings together the auditors of the national sessions of the IHEDN Policy and National Defense, Maritime Issues and Strategy, Digital Sovereignty and Cybersecurity, as well as the Auditors executives at IHEDN. It has its headquarters at the Ecole Militaire in Paris. The activities of AA-IHEDN continue to develop. They correspond above all to the main mission of the association, which makes it a continuing education center and a study center on national defense problems. The overall conception of defense associating military defense with a civil and economic dimension, but also a social and cultural one. They are also intended to maintain the bonds of friendship that have been created between the Auditors during the session.
