Vicki Caisley has extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles across various industries. Vicki currently holds the position of Chief People Officer at AA New Zealand, and previously served as the Chief People & Strategy Officer at Southern Cross Health Society. Prior to that, Vicki was the Acting Chief Digital Officer at New Zealand Fire Service Commission. Vicki has also held HR management positions at companies such as AMP Banking and Auckland District Health Board. Vicki holds a Master of Business Administration from Massey University.
