Matt Nagel, CPP, currently serves as Supervisor of Security Operations at AAA Texas since September 2022. Previously, Matt worked at The Novus Academy from November 2021 to September 2022, providing operational support, IT support, and substitute teaching. Matt held the role of Operations Manager at DFW Security Protective Force for a brief period in 2022 and served in various management roles within USAA from November 2018 to December 2021, including Manager and Supervisor of Protection Security. Prior experience includes a Security Professional position in 2018 and becoming a Fit Specialist at Adam Smith's Texas Harley-Davidson earlier that same year. Matt also worked as Operations/Sales Manager at North America Security Services and as Manager of Facility Security at Halliburton for over 16 years. Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Criminal Justice from The University of Texas at Arlington.
