Ryan Sharkey

Ryan Sharkey has over 20 years of experience in human resources information systems (HRIS) and payroll management, with a strong background in people systems. Currently, Ryan serves as People Systems Product Manager at the Automobile Club of Southern California since October 2010, holding various roles such as People Systems Business Analyst, Lead HRIS Analyst, Sr. HRIS Analyst, and HRIS Analyst. Prior to this, Ryan worked at Wet Seal, Inc. from May 2005 to October 2010, progressing from Payroll/HRMS Manager to HRMS Administrator and HR/Payroll Analyst. Experience also includes a brief tenure at Pacific Sunwear as HR/Payroll Representative and multiple positions at Wet Seal, Inc. from January 2001 to October 2004, including Payroll Lead and Payroll Representative.
