Brittany Spencer

Brittany Spencer is a data analytics professional with extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as the Director of Analytics Engineering at AAA Life Insurance Company since July 2023, after previously holding the position of Senior Manager in the same department. Notable achievements include leading a team of engineers and the successful rollout of Power BI across the organization. Prior to this, Brittany worked as a Data Scientist at Altium® from April 2022 to July 2023, focusing on dbt management to enhance data reliability. Earlier roles at AAA Life Insurance Company included Decision Scientist, where Brittany developed R Shiny apps and contributed to a new data platform through dbt, and Data Scientist, optimizing marketing strategies through machine learning.
