Margo Jenkins is a highly experienced claims examiner with a background in insurance and law enforcement. Margo has held positions at AAA Life Insurance Company, CSC, SwissRe, and the Drug Enforcement Administration. Throughout their career, Margo has focused on complex claims, settlement negotiations, surveillance, and fraud training. Margo has a Master of Science degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Wayne State University. Currently, Margo serves as the Manager and Chief Claims Examiner at AAA Life Insurance Company, leading a team of experienced claim examiners and providing guidance on best practices and member satisfaction.
