Cynthia Cain Dnp

Cynthia Cain DNP, RN, CNS, CCRN, serves as a Clinical Practice Specialist at the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses since June 2017 and holds the position of Adjunct Professor and Clinical Nurse Specialist at California Baptist University since January 2012. Cynthia has an extensive background in critical care, having worked as an ICU Nurse in the US Navy Reserve from January 2000 to February 2018, and as the Director of Critical Care at Community Hospital of San Bernardino from November 2014 to June 2015. Prior experience includes serving as Clinical Manager for the ICCU and Telemetry Units at Community Hospital of San Bernardino from June 2006 to August 2014. Education includes a Doctor of Nursing Practice in Organizational Leadership from California Baptist University (2015-2017), a Master's degree in Critical Care Nursing from California State University Dominguez Hills (2004-2007), and an Associate of Science in Registered Nursing from Rio Hondo College (1989-1992).
