Monica Hanks has extensive experience in education and training within diverse organizational settings. Since August 2006, Monica has served as an Education Resources Specialist at the American Association of Critical Care Nurses (AACN), managing a hosted Learning Management System (Docebo) that supports over 250 health systems globally in delivering critical care nursing eLearning. Prior roles include Program Director at OC ISPI, where Monica facilitated speaker events, and HR Training Manager at Gateway, Inc., overseeing new hire orientations and managing learning management systems. Monica also worked as an HR Training Coordinator at Western Digital and as an HR Training Manager for Netigy, coordinating training sessions and orientations. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies and Education from St. Mary's College, Notre Dame, Indiana.
