Rachel (Davis) Bar-Lev is an accomplished recruiting professional with extensive experience in the technology and financial sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Associate and Recruiting Coordinator at the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses since March 2024, Rachel previously held key roles as a Technical Recruiter at Dave during its transition from pre-IPO to post-IPO, managing the recruitment of talent across various technical disciplines. Rachel also excelled as a Lead Technical Recruiter and Account Manager at Motion Recruitment and Jobspring Partners, specializing in IT staffing solutions and developing business relationships across multiple industries. Earlier experience includes serving as a Sales and Consulting Coordinator and Retirement Plan Administrator at EPIC Retirement Plan Services, where Rachel received recognition for exceptional client service. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology with a minor in Communications from Missouri State University.
